Playstation Network giving away free $10 to "loyal" cutomers

Last night at 1:06 AM EST I got a message via Playstation 3 from [psn] saying Thank you for being a loyal customer of the Playstation Network as a token of our appreciation we sent a $10 code to spend in the Playstation Network code expires march 5th 2013. I immediately thought spam but then I clicked on the link and it opened up the Playstation store saying I was credited $10. I'm not sure who all got this message but be sure this is a Playstation verified message so don't delete it and get your free $10 tp s[end thanks to Sony for this epic giveaway.
